Abtshof is a family-owned hotel in the pitoresque region of Harz, Germany. The historical city of Halberstadt is home to this cozy bed-and-breakfast villa, where one is sure to feel like home. The identity of the hotel is closely linked to the city’s history. Moreover, the traditional early Saxon ‘Kartoffel-haus’ architecture is present in the exterior facade design of the hotel - living witness of the heritage present there.

The emblem

The main identity communicator was brought to life in several iterations, one of the main alternatives being the emblem. This device includes the city landmarks and breathes an extra special traditional vibe into the identity system. Plus, it works great on certain items such as beer glass!
